The F0005 is a custom manufactured plug-in type flash tube, enclosed in a vented glass envelope attached to a ceramic base. This flash tube is used in the M300, M500 and M600 Monolights. It is color corrected and is rated at 1000 watt-seconds.This vented flash tube is the updated version of, and an exact replacement for, the previous non-vented F0005 flash tube assembly and has a higher rating than the older product. Either tube may be used in the M300, M500 and M600 Monolights with no modifications.
