This style includes 2 pieces: 1 frame cover and 1 backrest cover. It’s designed to only fit the IKEA Färlöv 3 seater sofa. This model features one cover for the entire sofa frame, including the seat cushion / bench cushion. The cover envelopes the seat cushion, the fabric is tucked around the seat cushion and fastened along the backrest frame and armrests with velcro for a neat finish. The backrest cushions are enclosed in a single, oversized backrest cushion cover. This cover is softly padded to avoid any creases between the cushions creating a luxe, custom look. The IKEA Färlöv Loose Fit cover is designed to be used without the lumbar cushions, covers for the lumbar cushions are not included in this style. Fitting Instructions: Remove the original covers along with the backrest and lumbar cushions, the seat / bench cushion can remain on the sofa. Drape the cover along the back and over the armrests. Gently pull the cover over the frame. The cover is designed for the perfect neat fit, so adjust both sides of the backrest and armrests simultaneously. Adjust the seams of the cover so that they are aligned with the armrests and along the centre of the backrest. To secure the seat cushion, lift the seat cushion slightly, wrap and tuck the fabric around the back and sides of the seat cushion - creating an envelope or pocket for the seat cushion. The seams of the seat cover section align with the corners of the seat cushion. Velcro is attached to the sofa frame to keep the seat cushion and fabric in place. The cover is designed to skim the floor, adjust accordingly to avoid the fabric bunching and for a smooth neat fitting look. The fabric should be completely smooth when properly attached. Place both backrest cushions inside the single backrest cushion cover, zip and put in place. The padding is designed to prevent visible creases between the cushion inserts creating the illusion of one oversized backrest cushion.
