This cover only fits the IKEA Söderhamn sofa bed with armrests, sold from 2012 to 2015 (now discontinued). It includes 10 pieces: 1 bottom frame, 1 back frame, 2 seat cushions, 2 back cushions, 2 armrests and 2 decorative cushions. The frame measures 200cm x 99cm without armrests attached (be careful not to confuse it with the 3 seater sofa model). Bemz Loose Fit covers are designed to hang looser than our Regular Fit and have a distinctive floor-length drape. The IKEA Söderhamn series is modular so the various sections of the seating series can be connected together in different combinations or used separately as standalone pieces. The configuration is determined by you. To allow for this, our covers for Söderhamn models do not come with preset holes for assembly. If you have a connecting configuration, cut a small slit in the cover at connection points to accommodate the bolts. Remove the original IKEA slipcover before fitting the Bemz cover. This style includes 3 pieces: 1 frame cover, 1 backrest cushion cover and 1 lumbar cushion cover. It’s designed to only fit IKEA Söderhamn corner section with two armrests and the longest armrest of 96 cm to the left side of the shortest armrest when facing the furniture. This model features one cover for the entire frame, including the seat section. The cover is placed on top of the seat cushions and fastened in place along the backrest frame and sides with velcro for a neat finish. The hem of the skirt elegantly skims the floor. Covers are included for the backrest cushion and decorative cushion. Fitting instructions: Remove the original covers along with the backrest and decorative cushions, the seat cushion can remain in place. Drape the cover along the back. Gently pull the cover over the frame. Adjust the seams of the cover so that they are aligned along the centre of the backrest. Adjust the fabric so that it covers the seat cushions and let it drape to the floor. Align the seams of the seat cover section with the corners of the seat cushion. Velcro is attached to the backrest and along the sides to keep the seat cushion and fabric in place. The cover is designed to skim the floor, adjust accordingly to avoid the fabric bunching and for a smooth neat fitting look. The fabric should be completely smooth when properly attached. Place the cushions inside the cushion covers, zip and put in place.
