All the fore-aft adjustments are preserved, with a minimum of interconnects and while keeping the stack height low. You can use the Elements dovetail with other systems by employing the 3/8"-16 threads along the center of the Bridge Plate. The dovetail will work with almost any cine or video fluid head if the head's quick-release plate is attached to the dovetail.
