Made from durable organic cotton rope, with a robust recycled polyester core, a lightweight solid brass buckle and D-ring, and— something no one would imagine when seeing your four legged baby flaunting our collar in style—is that the straps are made from a cruelty-free alternative to animal leather, using recycled apple waste from Italy’s juice and jam industry. A next-gen innovative material which offers the same luxurious feel and durability as animal leather, without the cruelty and environmental footprint. Rope: 50% recycled polyester, 50% organic cotton Vegan Leather: 32% apple waste, 34% organic cotton, 34% PU. Lining from recycled plastic bottles Hardware: solid brass, light and low zinc count. Made in Italy Care instructions: 1. Rinse with lukewarm water, clean with a damp cloth, air dry. 2. If extra cleaning of the roller buckle is needed, use a soft toothbrush to brush off any dirt, and rinse with lukewarm water. 3. If the collar's rope requires a more thorough wash, soak it in lukewarm water with mild detergent for no more than 10 minutes. Softly brush any dirt off the rope with the soft side of a sponge, rinse, and air dry. 4. Do not dry in direct sunlight or near heating sources. 5. Do not use any leather protector or moisturiser.
