This kit combines the strength of the EX-ACPRO Ascent Professional Carbon Fiber Tripod and the precision of the EX-XL Epic Explorer Extra Large Ball Head, making it an indispensable tool for any photography setup. The EX-ACPRO Ascent Professional Carbon Fiber Tripod, our largest model, is engineered for maximum stability, making it ideal for landscape photography in windy conditions or for ensuring steady shots in the studio. With a substantial load capacity of up to 26kg, this tripod offers unwavering support in a variety of conditions. The 10X layer carbon fiber construction ensures rigidity while maintaining a lightweight design. Each leg is attached via an offset leg joint, enhancing load distribution and tripod rigidity. The joints and collar are crafted from lightweight anodized aluminum, providing strength and natural resistance to wear and corrosion. The tripod also features a variable angle stop at each leg joint, allowing for multiple shooting positions. For added height, the flat mount can be replaced with the EX-ACPROCC center column (sold separately). Additional stability in windy conditions can be achieved by attaching weights or a camera bag to the center hook. The tripod also includes 3/8" and 1/4" accessory ports for mounting accessories like the Explorer Sidekick magic arm.The EX-XL Epic Explorer Extra Large Ball Head, a professional-grade ball head, is designed for challenging tasks. Its hollowed-out body and ball socket minimize weight (just 562g or 19.8oz) while maximizing strength, durability, and load capacity (up to 40kg or 88.2lbs). This makes it suitable for supporting larger telephoto lenses, while still being lightweight enough for smaller camera bodies and lens combinations. The ball head design enhances stability and allows for faster, more accurate camera rotation. The head tilts 90 degrees for quick and easy portrait orientation. The large main adjustment knob features a rubber grip with friction control and a separate 360-degree panning clamp for fast, precise adjustments. The ARCA / RRS compatible quick release clamp is compatible with a wide range of quick release plates and L-brackets and includes an Explorer EX-60 QR plate. The clamp features the same hollowed-out design as the ball head and an extra-large release lock to prevent camera obstruction. The EX-XL Epic Explorer Extra Large Ball Head is CNC-machined from an aircraft-grade aluminum alloy and anodized for a durable, high-quality finish.Together, the EX-ACPRO and EX-XL form a formidable combination. With a combined load capacity of 25kg and a height of 153cm, they are equipped to handle the toughest photography tasks. Whether you're capturing breathtaking landscapes or shooting in a...
