When developing the new G440 Drivers, PING had a singular focus: maximizing speed while ensuring the same game-changing, industry-leading forgiveness the company is renowned for. The second speed-boosting component of the formula required a modest update to the driver's shape. A lower face height allows a much more expansive area of the face to be thinner and hotter without jeopardizing its structural integrity, resulting in routinely higher ball speed, regardless of where impact occurs.
