This service, provided on an as-needed and scheduled basis, assists in troubleshooting and diagnosing your hardware problems, saving you time and effort.The ProTek Ultra plan also offers a generous 75% discount on all classes in the NewTek University portfolio, providing you with an opportunity to enhance your skills and knowledge.For urgent issues, the plan includes 1-Hour Emergency Telephone Support, available 24x7.
